Moss Creek Subdivision was established and is maintained to be one of the most prestigious neighborhood communities in LaGrange and Troup County Georgia.
Moss Creek Subdivision is located on Lake West Point, just 4 miles north of down town LaGrange and was founded in 1988. This 108 lot neighborhood has an active Property Owners Association, many long term residents, and many residents with a myriad of age ranges and interests. The subdivision includes a beautiful club house, swimming pool, tennis court and a subdivision boat dock on the lake. In short, Moss Creek is a great place to live and raise a family!

The Moss Creek Subdivision Property Owners Association has authorized the creation of this site to provide and store information related to the subdivision, the Property Owners Association, and the surrounding area.
All members of the Board are volunteers, supporting the Moss Creek Subdivision Property Owners Association, as outlined in the by-laws, which should have been provided to each property owner at closing.
